UtilityKit provides online tools for documents, text, data, social publishing, and related workflows. Many tools run directly in your browser, which means your files or text stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

This policy explains what information may be processed when you use UtilityKit at utilitykit.space.

Browser-First Tools

For browser-only tools, processing happens locally in your web browser. Examples may include PDF merging, PDF splitting, text cleanup, line deduplication, formatting, and similar utilities. We do not intentionally receive, inspect, store, or retain the files or text you process with these browser-only tools.

Server-Side Workflows

Some features may require server-side processing, such as selected video or media workflows. When a tool clearly indicates server processing, the submitted URL, job status, and generated temporary output may be processed by UtilityKit infrastructure to complete the requested task.

Server-side media jobs are designed to be temporary. We use short-lived storage and automatic cleanup where applicable. Do not submit private, confidential, restricted, copyrighted, or unauthorized content.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may receive limited information such as:

• Basic technical data, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate region.
• Server logs needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring.
• Information you send voluntarily, such as an email message or support request.
